What we collect
We collect account information you give us (name, business, email, phone) and the data needed to run Call Catcher, Reviews, and Supply Sourcing: caller phone numbers, the text messages sent and received, delivery timestamps, self-serve booking details when a caller books through your connected calendar, and the review-request and supply-report recipients you send to. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
- To operate your account and send the missed-call text-back on your behalf.
- To send transactional SMS and email you or your customers requested.
- To sync bookings to your connected calendar (Google Calendar or Cal.com), if you've turned that on.
- To detect abuse and keep your number in good standing with carriers.
Calls and text messages
Call Catcher does not record calls, and it does not produce call transcripts, sentiment scores, or voice clones of anyone. When a call to your business goes unanswered, our carrier-based system forwards it to a short pre-recorded greeting and sends a text to the caller with your booking link. We log that a call was forwarded and that a text was sent (timestamps and delivery status), and we store the caller's phone number so any reply can be matched back to that lead and to you. Message content is retained to operate your account, support your leads, and honor opt-outs (STOP/HELP).
Sub-processors
We use vetted infrastructure providers for telephony/carrier services, database hosting, and email/SMS delivery. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email privacy@risacareventures.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
