What Risacare connects to — and what it doesn't.
Short list, honestly kept. Risacare needs almost nothing from you to work: a number to catch calls on, and somewhere for the caller to book.
Booking calendars
The link in your text back points at your booking calendar, so the caller picks their own slot.
Google Calendar
Connect it once with your Google sign-in. Slots the caller books land on that calendar.
Cal.com
Bring your own Cal.com account and event type. Whatever you already have attached to Cal.com — Outlook, iCloud — comes along with it.
Any booking page you already own
No calendar connection required. If you have a booking URL from another tool, we can text that instead.
Messaging
Carrier-registered SMS (A2P 10DLC)
Your texting number is registered to your business with the carriers, so texts land as legitimate business messages. STOP and HELP are handled for you.
Reviews
Google Business Profile
We point your review asks at your own Google review link, and generate a printable QR code for the counter.
Billing
Stripe
Your Risacare subscription is billed through Stripe, and you manage the card there. This is our billing — it isn't a way to invoice your own customers.
The things people assume, that aren't true.
Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan
No sync today. Booked slots land on your calendar and caller replies land in your Risacare leads; you enter the job in your dispatch tool the way you already do.
QuickBooks
No connection. Nothing pushes to your accounting.
Voice AI that talks to callers
Not what this is. Callers hear one short greeting telling them a booking text is on the way — we don't put a robot in a conversation with your customer.
Integrations FAQ
No. If you'd rather not connect anything, the text back can carry a booking page you already own, or simply invite the caller to reply — replies are saved as leads with their number and we alert you.
No. There is no dispatch-software sync today, and we'd rather say so here than have you find out after you've paid. What you get is the booked slot on your calendar and the caller's number in your leads.
Indirectly, yes. Attach them to your own Cal.com account and connect Cal.com to Risacare — Cal.com handles the calendar side. We don't connect to Outlook or iCloud directly.
The calendar connection is a single sign-in. The longer part is registering your texting number with the carriers, which we do for you.
