Are your bad reviews about your work — or your phone?

Most owners assume a one-star review means someone hated the job. Often it means nobody picked up. Paste your low-star Google reviews below and you'll see the split, with the exact quotes.

  1. Open your Google Business listing and click the review count.
  2. Set Sort to Lowest rating.
  3. Copy the 1, 2 and 3-star reviews and paste them below — names, star lines and all. It reads them as they come.
Nothing you paste is saved. It's read in memory and dropped — no account, no upload, no copy kept.

How this counts, and where it's wrong

It matches words. A review counts as a phone complaint when it mentions reaching you or failing to reach you — the phone, a voicemail, a callback, being on hold, an unreturned message. It doesn't count price, workmanship, or how the repair itself went.

It is keyword matching, not judgement, so it over-counts. A review saying you were great on the phone still trips it. That's exactly why every hit is shown with the quote and the word that triggered it — so you can throw out the ones it got wrong rather than trust a number you can't see behind.

If the count comes back low, that's a real answer too: your phone isn't the problem, and nothing here is trying to talk you into thinking otherwise.
