Website build intake

Give us the raw material. We’ll build a site worth finding.

Only the fields marked * are required — that’s about 3 minutes. The rest is worth it when you have things handy (real numbers, real photos, what you actually promise customers): it’s the detail the big-franchise pages don’t have. Skip anything; we’ll ask at kickoff if it matters. Your answers save on this device as you type.

What happens after you send this: you pay $400 — $300 to build the site plus your first month of care — and the build starts. $100/mo after that. You review the site and we adjust it before it goes live.

01 Your business

Who you are. This becomes your site’s identity.

Add a valid email.

The best local sites have one. Imperfect and memorable beats polished and generic.

Shown on the site + helps you show up on Google Maps for your area. PO box or “service area only” is fine.

02 The look

What we build from. Links beat attachments — paste a shared folder and we’ll take it from there.

PNG with a transparent background is ideal — a clear photo of the truck-door decal works too. No logo? Leave it blank and we set your name in clean type.

Phone photos are perfect, 5–15 is plenty. The three that sell hardest: your truck or van with your name on it, you (the owner) on a real job, and finished work. Big photos shrink automatically — nothing to prepare.

Either works — upload above or paste a link. None yet? We launch clean and add them later. Just get a quick OK before we feature a customer’s face or street number.

Why we ask: real job photos are the #1 thing that beats competitors’ stock-photo sites — strangers can tell the difference instantly.

    03 What you do

Each big service gets its own section (and page) — that’s how you show up for exactly what people search.

    List at least one service.

Only what’s true — a kept promise converts; a broken one earns 1-star reviews.

    04 Proof

The stuff that makes a stranger trust you. Real numbers only — we never invent proof, and that’s exactly why yours works.

A named, specific guarantee beats “satisfaction guaranteed” every time. Got a name for it? (“The Rivera Promise”.) Only promise what you’ll honor.

    05 The offer

The big franchise pages lead with a coupon (“$55 off any repair”). One honest offer gives your site the same punch.

Why we ask: an offer with honest fine print out-converts a vague one — and never burns a customer.

    06 Where you work

Your home city gets the headline; the full list tells Google exactly where you work.

Name counties as well as cities — outside the big metros people search “electrician Kaufman County,” and Google listens.

    07 When the site works

A website’s job is the lead. Tell us exactly how leads should reach you so none slip.

If it’s “nobody,” our missed-call text-back service (Call Catcher) fixes exactly that — we’ll show you.

Payment is the next screen — $400 to start, then $100/mo.
We use this only to build and run your site — never shared or sold. Privacy
