Usually yes — we use remodel-rated cans and fish the wiring through the ceiling with minimal cutting, then patch. It takes a little more skill and we price it honestly.
Only if the box is fan-rated. A standard light box isn’t built for a fan’s weight and wobble — we swap in a proper fan-rated box so it stays put, and tell you if yours already is.
Only if it’s an LED-compatible dimmer matched to the bulbs — the wrong pairing flickers or buzzes. We spec the right dimmer so it’s smooth from zero to full.
Yes — pathway, up-lighting, security and motion lights, on timers or photocells. All wired for wet locations and buried properly so nothing’s exposed.
