See it in action
You're under a sink, on a roof, mid-job. The call goes to voicemail - and they call the next guy. Unless Risacare texts them back first.
Call Catcher does not pretend to be a receptionist and it does not hold a conversation for you. When an eligible call goes unanswered, it sends the caller a short text in your business name. The message confirms that you saw the call and gives the caller an easy way to explain what they need while you finish the job in front of you.
The automated step is only the first message. You or your team takes over from there, answers questions, qualifies the request, and decides whether to book the work. The sample conversation above shows one possible outcome; it is an illustration, not a promise that every missed call will become a job or produce a particular dollar amount.
The workflow is useful when you cannot safely reach the phone: driving between jobs, working with tools, speaking with a customer, or handling an emergency call. Carrier delivery and call eligibility can vary, so setup includes testing the forwarding and text path on your actual business number before you rely on it. Callers can reply STOP at any time, and your normal callback process remains the final step.
Example conversation. Your text-back goes out in your shop's name and your words - you set it once. Pricing.
